Challenge: The existing concrete pool at Park Place Condominiums was showing significant signs of wear. Cracking, flaking and an outdated, faded surface detracted from the overall aesthetic of their pool room and posed a slip hazard. The clients desired a functional, durable, and slip-resistant solution that would complement the property and withstand chlorine and regular cleaning.

Solution: Our team, in partnership with Aplus Supercoatings, meticulously prepared the existing concrete surface, addressing all cracks and imperfections to create a pristine base. We then applied a multi-layer Ramuc Hi-Build Epoxy, a high-performance pool paint system, to ensure long-term color retention and superior resistance to chlorine, chemicals, and foot traffic. In addition, we integrated anti-slip sand during application, creating a textured finish for superior grip.

Outcome: The project was completed on schedule and within budget, resulting in a remarkable transformation. The new epoxy pool coating is not only exceptionally durable and slip-resistant, but its seamless, attractive finish has completely elevated the aesthetic appeal of the pool room. The clients were thrilled with the vibrant look and easy-to-clean surface with the added safety of the anti-slip floor. The "new" pool now serves as a stunning, low-maintenance extension of the condominiums, ready for years of enjoyment.
